The one inbox
info@lovelytools.site
Email is the right channel for everything: a tool that will not finish, a guide that is wrong, a phrase that reads badly, or a privacy question you cannot find an answer to. It is also how to ask for a cookie choice to be reset or clarified.
Write an emailReporting a bug
Useful reports are short and specific. Include:
- The tool name, for example “Split PDF” or “Compress image.”
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- Your browser and device, such as “Safari on an iPhone 15” or “Firefox on Windows 11.”
- Whether the file was unusually large, password-protected, or in an unusual format.
Do not send the document or image itself. The inbox is not a secure file drop, and a screenshot is almost always enough. If a specific file is essential to reproduce a problem, say so first and wait for guidance. Never send identity documents, medical records, or anything you would not want in an email archive.
Corrections and accessibility issues
If a guide contains a factual mistake, or a page is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at a particular zoom level, that is worth reporting. Include the page address, the assistive technology or browser you are using, and what you expected. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not as feature requests.
There is more detail about the current accessibility position on the accessibility page.
Privacy and cookie questions
For a question about data, advertising, or analytics, read the privacy policy and cookie policy first. If the answer is not there, write with “Privacy” in the subject line. You do not need to send identification unless it is genuinely necessary to answer the question; if that changes, you will be told why.
What to expect
Lovely Tools is maintained by one person, so replies usually take a few business days. Bug reports are read, even when a fix takes longer. Feature suggestions are welcome but cannot all be built, and there is no roadmap to promise against.
There is no phone support, no live chat, and no scheduled call. Email keeps a record and avoids claiming a responsiveness the project cannot sustain.
Before you write
A few questions have short answers already:
- Are my files uploaded? No. See how local processing works.
- Why is PDF compression making the file bigger? The page is flattened to images; already-small text PDFs can grow. The tool shows the real result before you download it.
- Can it open a password-protected PDF? No. Unlock the document in a PDF reader first.
- Where is the app? There is nothing to install. Start at the tool index.
