The service
Lovely Tools provides free browser-based tools for common image, PDF, converter, and document operations, along with written guides. There is no account, subscription, or paid tier. The tools run on your device; Lovely Tools does not receive your files.
The site is a living project. Tools may be improved, changed, or removed, and limits may be adjusted to protect the service and users’ devices. Where a change materially affects how a tool works, the page should reflect it.
Your files and your responsibility
- You keep all rights to the files you process. Lovely Tools claims no ownership over them or over the results.
- You must have the right to use and modify the files you process. Do not use the tools to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights.
- Keep backups. Processing creates new files, but software and devices can fail. Lovely Tools is not a backup service.
- Check results before relying on them. Open the output, confirm the page count, legibility, dimensions, and content, and keep the original when it matters.
- For documents where accessibility, signatures, or exact formatting are legally important, use appropriate professional software and, where necessary, professional advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to process material you have no right to process.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, overload the hosting, or bypass security measures.
- Use automated means to scrape or copy substantial parts of the site in a way that interferes with normal use.
- Misrepresent Lovely Tools as your own service or remove attribution where it is required.
Because processing happens in your browser, Lovely Tools cannot monitor what you process. That makes your own compliance more important, not less.
No professional advice
Guides and tool descriptions are provided for general information. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Decisions about a document—whether a compressed copy is acceptable for a court filing, a visa application, or a medical record—are yours. When the stakes are high, verify the output with the receiving organization.
Availability
The site is provided free of charge and without an uptime guarantee. It may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting problems, or circumstances outside our control. Offline support, where available, is an enhancement and not a promise that every tool will work without a network connection on every device.
Intellectual property
The site design, code, and written content are owned by Lovely Tools or used with permission. You may use the tools and read, link to, and quote brief portions of the guides with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, resell the service, or use the Lovely Tools name and logo in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
The files you process and the results you create remain yours. Lovely Tools does not acquire a licence to them because they never reach our systems.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for hosting, analytics, and advertising. Analytics loads with your consent; advertising is provided through Google AdSense and is subject to your consent choices and location. Links in guides may lead to external websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and Lovely Tools is not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Lovely Tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a tool will meet your requirements or that every output will be error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lovely Tools and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the site. This includes a file that is damaged, a result that is unsuitable for a particular purpose, or a device that runs out of memory during a large operation.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use Lovely Tools, which is zero. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not affected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant, it will be described clearly rather than hidden.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy and cookie policies, make up the agreement between you and Lovely Tools about the site.
