Hide what should not be seen.

Draw a box over a face, a phone number, or an address. Choose a soft blur or an opaque fill, then download a copy where those pixels are genuinely gone.

How to hide it

Solid fill is safest for identity documents, account numbers, and anything truly sensitive.

12 px

A larger radius hides more detail, but light blur can sometimes be reversed.

Redaction is applied to the exported pixels. For truly private data, choose solid fill and zoom in on the downloaded file to confirm nothing is readable.

Apply and download

Add a screenshot or photo, then drag over each sensitive area.

The short version

How it works.

No installer, no sign-up, and no second app to open. The work happens in the browser you already have, using the file already on your device.

  1. Open the image

Add the screenshot or photo. It appears at a comfortable preview size while the original resolution is kept for export.

  2. Draw over private details

Drag a box around each sensitive area. Choose blur strength or a solid redaction bar, and adjust or remove a box before applying.

  3. Export the cleaned image

Lovely Tools rasterizes the marked areas into the output image. Download it and check that the detail is not recoverable by zooming.

Fine print, without the runaround

Good to know.

Every tool has a boundary. These are the ones worth knowing before you start, so the result is not a surprise.

Use solid fill for truly sensitive data

Blur can be reversed or partially read when it is weak. A solid fill is the safer choice for identity documents and financial details.

The output is flattened

Redacted areas are replaced in the exported pixels. There is no layer or original detail hidden underneath in the downloaded image.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Still stuck? Write to info@lovelytools.site.

Can someone undo the blur?

Strong pixelation or solid fill makes recovery impractical in an ordinary image. Light blur may leave readable shapes, so use a solid block for anything sensitive.

Can I redact several areas?

Yes. Draw as many boxes as needed. Each can be removed individually before you apply the changes.

Is my image uploaded?

No. The preview and final image are both processed on a local canvas. Nothing is sent to Lovely Tools.
